Yamaha HS80M
HS80M are 2-way powered monitor speakers. We have about 18 speakers located in the audio lab. Powered monitors offer many sonic and practical advantages over passive types, but since they’re driven by line-level signals you need to take care in choosing cables and connectors as for the other line-level connections in your studio. The HS-series studio monitors provide two types of connectors (jack and XLR) for input, so you can choose the type that best matches your system requirements. The speakers offer different settings for adjusting the level for different frequency ranges.
