Benthowave BII-7594

The Benthowave BII-7594 is a cylindrical reference projector. The projector is characterized by an omnidirectional beam pattern in the horizontal plane. It is connected via a 15 m long cable to an corresponding customized power amplifier BII-8034. The amplifier need to be supplied with a supply voltage ranging from 12 V to 24 V. The transmit signal is connected via a BNC connector and should not exceed the maximum voltage of 1 Vpp. For a stable mounting a bracket has been printed, to which a rope can be attached.

Sensitivity

A typical transmit sensitivity of 132 dBμPa/V at 1m at 9 kHz with a overall bandwidth of 1 kHz to 11 kHz can be achieved, but be aware that the transmit sensitivity fluctuates over the bandwidth. Further details and sensitivity curves can be found at the website of Benthowave.
